Sofidel has been working alongside WWF for over 12 years. Improvement in the procurement of forestry resources has been a key area of collaboration with the goal to improve the forest procurement processes – in terms of certified sources (used as raw materials in the production process) – and transparency in reporting to stakeholders. Since 2016, 100% of the pulp used in Sofidel’s production process is certified by independent third parties with forest certification schemes.
