SPVS develops innovative and high quality nature conservation projects that aim to expand and replicate actions to maintain our natural heritage and biodiversity.
SPVS has been active in different biomes in Brazil for almost 30 years and its work is always carried out in conjunction with companies, public institutions and the third sector. It seeks to influence public policy and demonstrate how much quality of life, economic activities and development depend on the existence of well-maintained natural areas and the guarantee of biodiversity conservation.
Due to its capacity for innovation and creativity, combined with scientific knowledge and the notion that priority should be given to the conservation of biodiversity, SPVS' projects are relevant to current issues and directly related to matters that affect productive activities, people's lives and the sustainability of businesses.
SPVS's mission is to work for the conservation of nature through the protection of native areas, environmental education actions and the development of models for the rational use of natural resources.
