Mission Statement
To conduct participatory surveys to generate data that could be useful in conservation planning e.gidentifying viable conservationpractices, identifying .suitable livelihood alternatives for poachers etc.

Vision
To promote sustainable agricultural practices in rural communities in order to improve livelihoods: organic farming, mixed cropping, livestock production etc.; to develop pilot projects with farmers and rural communities that will help in the conservation of natural resources.

Objectives
To promote conservation of natural resources; educating rural communities, and the general public on environmental, economic, social, ecological and cultural needs for conservation of natural resources; to build community capacity in natural resources management.
