New Growth Charity has launched an exciting new initiative in the tropical region of Lower Simthali, donating fruit and nut trees to local households. So far, 150 families have received a variety of trees.

This year, we replaced 5,000 trees damaged by rogue fires started by farmers. We need to raise awareness in surrounding villages to prevent future incidents.

We're partnering with the Sherpa community and CSRC to expand kiwi, fruit, and nut tree cultivation, engaging in a tree-sharing program. Additionally, we're establishing community forests for agroforestry to boost sustainability and resilience."
