Mozambique is one of the countries most affected by great tropical cyclones such as Gombe, Idai, Ana, Eloise and recently devastated by great tropical cyclone Freddy affected more than 45600 people and 97 deaths in Lake Niassa Partial Reserve of Mozambique, Sofala Province, Zambézia Provínce and Maputo Province. Needs a quick intervention for mitigate this catastrophic phenomenon affected in Mozambique.

We have worked with communities of Lake District to planting trees and mangroves in areas devastated by great tropical cyclones. We have initiatives to planting trees and mangroves in areas devastated by great tropical cyclones, sensitizing communities to retreat in flooding areas, sensitizing communities on sustainable use of land and other natural resources, sensitizing communities to combating uncontrolled burning, sensitizing communities to practice conservation agriculture, Mapping and microzoaning of communities lands,sensitizing communities to collect plastic bag in environment and formalization and creation of natural resource management committee.

The project will be implemented in five communities of Lake Niassa Partial Reserve of Mozambique. Communities above-mentioned was devastated by major natural disasters. We would like to find support financials to implement our project to contribute to fighting climate change affected in Mozambique.
