The New Forests Company
The New Forests Company (NFC) is a responsible forestry and timber products business with plantations in Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania. NFC employs 1,100 people in East Africa and manages 40,000 hectares of planted forests and conservation areas. NFC specializes in the production of poles, structural sawn timber, pallets and renewable energy, with four pole treatment plants and three sawmills.
