In Mahalevona valley, digitalization is limited, but a newly established 3G antenna offers data connection. With this project, we want to support the local community to benefit from online access, and promote digital inclusion by supporting cybercafés, smartphone access, and providing workshops in digital literacy for the local community. This comprehensive approach aims to bypass challenges and empower the community digitally.
