Lucinda Cano Ramos speaks Spanish and owns a 0.35 hectare coffee plot with the varieties of bourbon and caturra, which she combines with chalum. Pine and banana, establishing their own agroforestry system and their plantation is in transition 3, to become organic product.
She is member of the producer organisation Adat, with whom she markets her coffee production. This last year, she managed to produce 10.86 quintals of parchment coffee, which was commercialized by her organization with the Fair Trade FLO seal through the organic certifier Kiwa BCS.
