The project is about restoring the degraded mangrove ecosystem along Takaungu Creek. The project operates through a community-led restoration model where the local community is at the center stage of the restoration efforts. As LEAF, we create awareness and capacity to build the community while providing diverse livelihood options that do not destroy the mangrove but rather protect them.
