Support mangrove restoration and biodiversity

Accomplishments

  • The project successfully established a diverse community mangrove nursery, containing seven out of the nine mangrove species available in the area.
  • Through diligent efforts, over 2,700 mangrove seedlings have been planted, leading to the restoration of 1.,3 hectares of mangrove ecosystem to date.
  • Impressively, the project achieved a remarkable survival rate of over 76% for the planted seedlings, indicating the effectiveness of the restoration efforts.
  • As a result of the project's implementation, more than 100 households have directly benefited from its positive impacts on the local community and environment.
