This project will be implemented in Limundan Opol Misamis Oriental where the Higa-onon tribal members are found. This areas are very feasible for reforestation and provide sustainable green economy to the communities who had been suffered of poverty as the impact of climate change, mining and logging.

The areas had been destroyed by the mining and logging concessioners that made the tribal communities as refugees of their own lands. The continuing deforestation and mining disconnect the relationship to mother earth and the traditional beliefs.
