We recycle filtered gray water suitable for irrigation and we harvest fog water for various uses, creating our own prototypes and systems, these being our tools to bring life back to territories affected by desertification.
In relation to gray water we have two types of filters, one for schools and the other for homes. This water from sinks, washing machines and showers is filtered and is suitable for irrigation, recovering up to 75% of the water used.
In relation to the harvest of fog water, we created a fog catcher that in our reserve harvests more than 550,000 liters a year, this water is used for the restoration of areas degraded by desertification, reforestation with native species and the production of beer.
At the same time we have a student academy since 2006 which are recovering their spaces with the actions carried out by our foundation.
