The plant nursery raises 1 million seedlings per year of more than 100 different native trees, and while some species are easy to produce, many others pose more of a challenge.

Our seedlings are ready to be planted! Next week they'll go into the ground to enjoy all the good rains we're having this season.

Tietê Forests is supplied by only one plant nursery, which is owned by AES Brasil and produces a million seedlings per year. 12 people work there: 5 women and 7 men.
