This partnership between the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Mediterranean Office and ABALOBI ITC4Fisheries was focused on transforming Mediterranean Small-Scale Fisheries ("SSF"). The “Transforming Mediterranean Small-Scale Fisheries” Project is the largest single initiative focused on the sustainability of SSF. It tackles SSF management issues by demonstrating the value of involving fishers in the decision-making process and creating platforms for fishers to devise solutions that result in sustainable stocks and income.
