Guardians of the Soil
A hands-on certification course for soil decontamination and ecosystem restoration methods in the Ecuadorian Amazon. ecosystem restoration course by request of the communities of Sucumbios and Orellana provinces with elevated extraction-related illnesses in the region. This course intertwines ancestral knowledge and ecological innovations from soil ecology, bioremediation, soil regeneration, seed banks, reforestation of native flora and productive forests. This training course will tie in previous trainings offered in the past and delve deeper into ecology restoration at the level of the community to be taken to four regions with elevated health risks from high industrial contamination.

Educational Tours through Amisacho’s biological corridor
Educational tours through Amisacho’s biological corridor highlighting reforestation methods and threats of the Amazon for schools, universities and organizations. The tour also demonstrates economic supporting projects harmonious with conservation efforts including educational tourism and edible forests, mushroom cultivation for food and medicine, and essential oil extraction for Amazonic self-care products.
